Reno Rach Style Shoot

A wedding style shoot at The Venue at Meadow View deserved lighting that felt as fresh and elevated as Reno’s newest venue—and Sierra Lighting stepped in to shape the atmosphere with pieces that highlighted every vendor’s work while giving the space its own signature glow.

A Modern Venue, Shown at Its Best

The Venue at Meadow View brought together an incredible team of creatives for this showcase, and the goal was simple: let the venue shine while giving each vignette its own sense of magic. The classic ranch styling, open lawn, and sweeping sightlines created the perfect canvas for a lighting design that blended romance, editorial polish, and a touch of whimsy.

A Mini Light Tunnel for the Dining Experience

For the main tablescape, we built a mini light tunnel—a warm, glowing corridor of mini lights that framed the dining table from end to end. Suspended at the center, a classic chandelier added a layer of elegance and vertical drama. Together, they created a focal point that photographed beautifully from every angle, wrapping guests in a soft, celebratory glow.

Colorful Uplighting for the Trees

To bring depth to the surrounding landscape, we added colored uplights to the trees around the dining area. The tones were chosen to complement the shoot’s palette—rich, warm hues that added dimension without overpowering the natural textures. As dusk settled in, the trees became sculptural elements, anchoring the scene and giving the venue a sense of scale and atmosphere.

Chandeliers + Path Lights for the Lounge

A cozy lounge vignette called for something special, so we installed a pair of chandeliers overhead to create a soft, intimate canopy of light. To guide guests into the space and define its footprint, we lined the approach with path lights, giving the lounge a welcoming glow and a sense of intentional design. The result was a space that felt both editorial and inviting—perfect for photos, cocktails, or quiet conversation.

A Showcase That Felt Like a Celebration

With every vendor bringing their best, the lighting became the thread that tied the entire shoot together. From the warm sparkle of the dining tunnel to the sculpted trees and glowing lounge, the design highlighted the venue’s versatility and helped Meadow View debut in the most beautiful way possible.
